Ingredients

  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1green bell pepper, diced
  • 1onion, diced
  • 3 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 8 ozcream cheese
  • 1 cupbeef broth
  • 1 cupheavy cream
  • 2 cupsshredded provolone cheese
  • 1 lbpasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil

Directions

    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
