This brown sugar cinnamon pop tart is vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 4 tsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 4 tsp water
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • water to thin

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a bowl, mix together your pastry dough ingredients until you have a dough.

    Split the dough in half and roll one half onto the parchment paper to create a rectangle. Mix up your brown sugar filling and spread this evenly onto this piece of dough. Roll out the other half of dough into the same size rectangle and place it on top of the filling.

    Pinch the edges together using a fork. Bake for about 17-19 minutes. Let cool.

    Mix together your icing and add to the pop tart. Enjoy!
