Ingredients

  • 1 cup225 g / 8 oz plain greek yogurt (can use full fat or fat reduced)
  • 7 oz1/2 can / 200 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tspvanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tbsplemon juice (optional)

Directions

    Mix dip. Place the Greek yogurt into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice. Then pour the sweetened condensed milk into the bowl. Mix until everything is well combined.
