These delicious teriyaki pork bites are a perfect dinner made wtih natural ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork chops, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 ½ cups teriyaki sauce, store-bought or homemade
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • Fresh chopped green onions
  • Lemon slices

Directions

    Place a cast iron or non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.

    Add the pork pieces in one layer, aiming for the pieces not to touch each other. You will have to cook them in batches.

    Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the edges are crispy and browned, add extra oil as needed. Set aside the browned pork bites.

    Reduce heat to medium and add garlic to the skillet, sauce for 30 seconds.

    Add the broth and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

    Return the pork bites to the pan and add the teriyaki sauce. Toss to evenly coat. Cook until reduced and sticky, a few more minutes.
