
Chicken bacon ranch sliders are the perfect easy meal for a busy weeknight. They're loaded with grilled chicken, cheese and crispy bacon.
Season 3 lbs of chicken thighs with a BBQ rub
Grill the chicken until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F then remove from the grill
Chop the chicken up into bite sized pieces
Assemble sliders in an aluminum foil pan with Colby Jack cheese, chopped chicken, 2 tbsp green onion, 1/2 lb chopped bacon and pepper jack cheese
Place the top of the buns back on and brush on melted butter then sprinkle on a ranch seasoning packet on top of the buns
Place them back on the grill or in an oven and cook at 325°F for 20 minutes until the cheese melts.
Remove the buns from the pan, then slice up the sliders and serve hot
