Make the Big Mac Sauce. In a small bowl whisk together ingredients. (4 Tbsp mayonnaise, 2 Tbsp yellow mustard, 2 Tbsp sweet relish, ¼ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp pepper) . To thin the sauce a little, add 1 tsp of water to the mix until desired consistency.
Dice the onion. In a medium sized pan, add a spritz of olive oil and heat on medium heat Add the onions and season with a pinch of salt/pepper. Sauté for about 3 minutes or until browned and sweating.
Cook the Beef. Add the ground beef to the pan on medium heat. Season the beef (½ tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp cracked black pepper, 1 tsp dried thyme). Continue to cook until beef is browned. Soak up the excess grease with a paper towel. Once the grease is soaked up, add in the Worcestershire Sauce and balsamic, simmer for 1 minute and top with shredded cheese. Let it melt a tad and take the beef off the heat.
In a bowl, add lettuce, hamburger meat, toppings (pickles, onions, tomatoes, cheese, fries) and drizzle optional big mac sauce over the bowl.
