Delicious garlic knots made with store-bought pizza dough. Serve with your favorite pasta dinner or as an appetizer with spicy tomato sauce or pesto.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball store-bought Pizza Dough
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Place your store-bought pizza dough on a floured surface.

    Knead the dough to make it more elastic and then roll it out and cut it into four equal pieces.

    Then take each piece and cut it into four slices.

    Then roll each slice into a long rope long enough to form it into a knot.

    Place the 16 knots on a parchment-lined cookie sheet

    Combine the melted butter and the olive oil and brush each knot with this mixture

    Bake the knots at 450°F for 13 minutes

    Meanwhile, to the butter and oil mixture add two cloves of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste

    Once the knots come out of the oven brush each one with the garlic butter and serve!
