As easy as it gets!

Ingredients

  • 1 cupsweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cupunsalted butter
  • 1 cupgranulated sugar
  • 1 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 cuplight corn syrup
  • salt

Directions

    Grease an 8x8-inch dish with butter, then set aside.

    In a large microwave-safe bowl, add all ingredients and stir to combine.

    Heat in microwave for 5-7 minutes, stirring every minute and a half. When approaching the last couple minutes use a candy thermometer to monitor temperature, when it reaches 250 it is done.

    Pour caramel into the prepared dish and allow it to fully cool to room temperature.

    Once cooled, use a greased knife to cut into bite-sized portions.
