Preheat oven to 400° F
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.In a small bowl, mix together the chickpeas, olive oil, cumin, salt, paprika, cayenne and pepper, until evenly coated
Spread the spiced chickpeas out so they are evenly spaced, onto prepared baking sheet
Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool.
