This Gyoza Dipping Sauce will take your gyoza’s to the next level! It takes only 5 minutes to make and is vegan too

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (I prefer using salt reduced soy sauce)
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ tsp grated/minced ginger (I love ginger so I double this)
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce / chilli (more or less depending how spicy you like it)
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

Directions

    In a small bowl or ramekin add the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil and sriracha sauce. Whisk them together

    Grate the garlic and ginger and add to the sauceGarnish with sliced spring onion and sesame seeds and allow to marinade for 5 minutes

    Pan fry in a skillet or steam your gyoza and dip into this yummy Gyoza Dipping Sauce!
