Peanut Satay Shrimp

This is your sign to buy the new Peanut Satay Sauce from Trader Joe’s and make a delicious dinner by tossing it with some shrimp and edamame over rice!

Ingredients

  • 16 ozfrozen argentina shrimp
  • peanut satay sauce (about 1 oz per serving)
  • 9 ozedamame
  • 1pouch frozen jasmine rice
  • shredded cabbage and carrots (about 2 oz per serving)
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic powder

Directions

    Thaw the frozen shrimp by running them under cold water in a colander for three minutes.

    Pat them dry.

    In a large bowl, toss them with a tablespoon of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Add to a large pan and cook each side for 2-3 minutes.

    Microwave the jasmine rice according to the package.

    In a bowl, add the rice, your desired amount of shredded cabbage, and the ready-to-eat edamame.

    Top with the shrimp and your desired amount of peanut satay sauce, give the whole thing a toss to combine, and enjoy!
