Made from only 6 easy ingredients, this gluten-free keto gravy is a sugar-free creamy sauce that will pair perfectly with your favorite side dish or on top of your steak at a holiday party. And the best part is that no flour or cornstarch is used to thicken this sauce.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 2 cups low sodium chicken broth (or beef, vegetable)
  • 1 cup turkey pan drippings (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

Directions

    Melt the butter over medium heat in a saucepan. Once melted, add the broth and turkey pan drippings, then mix until well combined.

    Bring the mixture to a boil.

    Reduce the heat, then mix in the xanthan gum, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
