In a medium sized skillet warm the olive oil over medium heat
When it’s warm enough that it begins to shimmer, add the sliced mushrooms and the frozen cauliflower gnocchi
Sauté until mushrooms have softened and begun to brown and the cauliflower gnocchi has warmed through and begun to crisp up on the outside—about 6-8 minutes
Stir in the Mushroom Medley Alfredo Sauce, and bring the Alfredo gnocchi to a low simmer
Add spinach and cook until heated through, serve warm
