  • 2 liters cream soda (chilled)
  • 1/4 teaspoon caramel extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon butter extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup butterscotch topping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
