  • 1 cupalmond butter
  • 2 tbsphoney
  • ¼ cupvanilla protein powder
  • ¼ tsppeppermint extract
  • ¼ cupmini dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbspunsweetened almond milk (if needed)

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey, vanilla protein powder, and peppermint extract. Mix thoroughly.
