
This easy chicken and rice casserole is made with shredded chicken, cheese, rice, vegetables, and the perfect blend of seasonings for the easiest that will please the whole family.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl mix the chicken, onion, and bell pepper. Add the soup and combine well.
Stir in the rice, seasonings, melted butter, and half the cheese.
Pour ingredients into a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake on 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Top dish with the remaining cheese and green onion tops. Bake for an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Serve warm.
