Almost like a pound cake, this bread machine sensation is light, golden and irresistible!

Ingredients

  • ½ cupwater
  • 1 tablespoonvanilla
  • ⅓ cupsour cream
  • 1egg
  • 1 tablespoonbutter or margarine, softened
  • 3 cupsgold medal™ better for bread™ flour
  • 3 tablespoonssugar
  • 1 ¼ teaspoonssalt
  • 2 teaspoonsbread machine or quick active dry yeast

Directions

    Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
