Ingredients

  • 4 cupsbroccoli florets, chopped
  • 1 largehoneycrisp apple, diced
  • ½ cupdried cranberries
  • ½ cupchopped pecans or walnuts
  • ¼ cupred onion, finely diced
  • ½ cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cupmayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoonsapple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoonhoney
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
