Cut the top of each head of garlic, and drizzle with olive oil. Wrap in aluminum foil and roast at 400°F for 1 hour.
Add butter, salt, basil, and crushed red pepper into a bowl. Squeeze in roasted garlic, and mix until fully combined.
Halve baguettes, and brush liberally will garlic butter. Bake in 400°F oven for 15 minutes until golden.
Slice baguettes into segments, serve, and enjoy!
