
This classic Puerto Rican Christmas cocktail is creamy, full of coconut flavor and warm spices, and the perfect drink to enjoy during the holidays.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, cream of coconut, vanilla bean and scrapings, ground cinnamon, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and salt in a large pot. Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and let steep at least 30 minutes and up to 2 days. (Chill if steeping for longer than 30 minutes.)
Discard solids. Stir in rum. Serve over ice garnished with cinnamon sticks.
