Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Pour the entire bottle of Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce over the chicken.
Add in the milk.
Add in ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.
Lay the cream cheese block on top.
Cook oh HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours.
Shred the meat with two forks, or carefully shred with a hand blender.
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Pour the cooked pasta into your slow cooker.
Carefully mix with the chicken mixture.
Sprinkle your remaining parmesan over the top.
