This delicious Pot Roast Freezer Meal Recipe is a great family dinner meal!  I prepared this meal in an afternoon when doing twenty crockpot freezer meals for my family's dinners.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lb beef roast (any kind, cut into large cubes)
  • 1 1/2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 lb red potatoes (quartered)
  • 1/2 cup baby carrots (diced)
  • 1/4 tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

    Label gallon size freezer bag with name of recipe, date and instructions.

    Place all ingredients in bag except beef broth and seal.

    Place in freezer.

    To Cook: Thaw overnight in fridge.

    Dump bag in slow cooker and add beef broth.

    Place lid on.

    Cook on low 8-10 hours.
