
This hot honey chili crunch dip is the perfect make-ahead snack! A chilled dip made with hot honey, sharp cheddar, lime, chili crunch and cilantro is the best dip for pretzels, crackers, crudite and more. So easy and delicious!
Place the cream cheese in a bowl and use an electric hand mixer (or a stand mixer) to blend it until creamy. Add in the mayo, hot honey and chili crunch, mixing until combined.
Stir in the cheese, green onions, cilantro and lime juice. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix to combine. Taste and season more if desired.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, or even overnight. Serve with crackers, chips, pretzels, carrots or celery.
