Ingredients

  • 210 inch whole grain tortillas (150g)
  • ¼ cupcream cheese (softened (70g))
  • ¼ tspgarlic powder
  • ¼ tsponion powder
  • ⅛ tspblack pepper
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese (shredded (60g))
  • 2 mediumcarrots (grated (115g))
  • 2 tbspplain yogurt (40g)
  • 6slices of deli turkey meat (106)
  • ½ cupspinach (20g)

Directions

  1. 1

In a medium mixing bowl, add cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, cheddar cheese, grated carrots and yogurt. Mix well until a spread forms.

  2. 2

Add half of the cream cheese filling into the center of each tortilla. Use a knife to evenly spread the cream cheese filling around the tortilla (making sure to leave the outer edges free of any toppings).

  3. 3

Top each tortilla with ¼ cup of spinach and 3 slices of deli turkey. Tightly roll each tortilla. Slice into 6 slices and enjoy.

  4. 4

*For best results, tightly wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and allow it to chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting and serving ( this helps the cream cheese harden and keeps the roll ups together). However this step is optional if you would prefer to eat right away.
