Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 pounds turkey tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (divided)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh sage
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter (cut into 4 slices)
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoons minced fresh sage
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 14.5 ounce can chicken broth (regular or low-sodium )

    For the marinade, in a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the olive oil, vinegar, maple syrup, brown sugar, dijon mustard, garlic, sage, rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.

    Melt butter in the same skillet used to sear the turkey. Once meted, add garlic, rosemary, and sage. Cook for 1 minute.
