
Chef salad is full of savory meat, your favorite cheeses, and crisp veggies, all ready to eat in just 15 minutes. You are going to love it!
Wash and dry the 3 heads romaine lettuce and 2 cups mixed salad greens. Chop the romaine into bite-sized pieces. Place both in a large salad bowl.
Dice the 1 medium English cucumber, halve the 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, and thinly slice the 1/2 small red onion. Add them to the bowl.
Peel and slice the 4 hard-boiled eggs. Slice or cube the 4 ounces ham and 4 ounces turkey. Cook the 4 slices cooked and crumbled bacon until crispy, then crumble it. Slice the 4 ounces Swiss cheese into strips.
Top the salad with the 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese (if using), sliced eggs, ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss cheese, and 1/2 cup croutons.
Drizzle with 1 cup salad dressing of choice or serve on the side. Toss gently to coat if dressing is added before serving.
Serve immediately.
