Looking for a quick and easy no-bake dessert? This Oreo Lasagna is a "Sweet Lasagna" version, made with Greek yogurt. A healthier alternative anyone would enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 26 Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (500 g)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (226 g)
  • 1/4 cup agave (80 ml)
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (30 g)
  • 1 tablespoon agave (15 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons water (45 ml)
  • crushed Oreo cookies

Directions

    Line a 9x13-inch dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

    Begin by placing a layer of whole Oreo cookies flat on the bottom of the prepared dish. Arrange them in a single layer, covering the entire bottom of the dish.

    In a bowl, beat greek yogurt, cream cheese and agave until smooth. Spread half of the cream mixture evenly over the Oreo layer.

    Add another layer of whole Oreo cookies on top of the cream.

    In a bowl, mix together unsweetened cocoa powder, agave and water. You should aim for a thick chocolate sauce consistency. Then, spread over the cream layer.

    Spread the remaining whipped topping over the pudding.

    Crush a few extra Oreo cookies and sprinkle them on top.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
