
A super easy but lip-smackingly delicious air fryer roast corn on the cob recipe - the perfect snack/side dish for summery days.
Preheat air fryer to 180°C
Season the corn with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Coat evenly. Then brush corn with melted butter/ghee on all sides.
Place into the air frying basket and cook for 10 minutes.
Roll the corn to the other side. Brush the corn again with melted butter/ghee and cook for another 5-8 minutes until just slightly charred.
In the meantime, place red chilli powder in a small bowl. Dip lime wedges into the red chilli powder.
When the corn is ready, lightly brush the chilli-dipped lime wedges against the corn at all sides. Serve immediately.
