Heat oven to 375°F. Cook pasta until al dente.
Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes in butter until fragrant.
Add shrimp to pan, cook until pink. Remove and set aside.
Add wine, simmer 2 minutes. Add lemon and cream. Combine with pasta.
Transfer to baking dish. Top with shrimp and both cheeses.
Bake 15-20 minutes until cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
