
Spaghetti squash is so easy to make, and once you master it (with our easy recipe), there are endless options for how to use it.
Preheat oven to 400°. Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Drizzle with oil; season with salt and pepper. Arrange cut side down on a baking sheet.
Roast squash until flesh is easily shreddable, about 40 minutes.
Separate flesh into strands with a fork.
