Ingredients

  • 4 Granny Smith Apples (Sliced, Cored, and Cut into Chunks)
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp vegan butter
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon sugar

Directions

Cut and core the apples. If you prefer, remove the skin. Then chop the apples into equal size chunks. The best way to quickly slice apples is to use an apple corer!

Add the apples to a large bowl. Top with canola oil, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Toss to coat evenly on all sides of the apples.

  4. 4

Transfer the apples to a serving bowl, or individual bowls Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Top with homemade caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, or whipped cream! Enjoy!
