Dark chocolate peanut clusters are a great quick recipe for delicious homemade chocolates

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs White Melting Chocolate (White Almond Bark or Candy Coating)
  • 4 oz Sweet Baking Chocolate (such as German by Baker's)
  • 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 16 oz Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 8 oz Unsalted Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 8 oz Cocktail Peanuts

Directions

    Line kitchen worktops or three baking sheets with parchment. Fold all the chocolate into a crockpot bowl, close the lid and set it to low for 1-2 hours.

    When the chocolate is melted, stir until smooth. Then add all the peanuts and stir again until the peanuts are completely covered.

    Switch the crockpot to the warm mode. Spoon the chocolate mixture and place on parchment paper. The candies will solidify completely in 1-2 hours. Place the finished clusters in a container with a lid.
