These Protein Snack Bites are perfect to meal prep at the beginning of the week and snack on all week long! So many ways to switch them up too.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

    Mix together to combine.

    Place mixture in the fridge for 20 minutes or so.

  4. 4

    Roll into bites and store.
