
This Cilantro Garlic Sauce is a delicious healthy sauce for grilled meat, toast, or salad made from a few wholesome ingredients. Plus, it's a low-carb, gluten-free sauce that is easy to turn dairy-free with a few swaps.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or food chopper - keep the cilantro stems and leaves.
Process on medium speed, stop the food processor a few times and scrape down the sides of the jug bowl with a silicone spatula.
Repeat until smooth. Add more lime juice to increase tangy flavor and up to 2-3 tablespoons of extra olive oil if difficult to blend.
Serve on bread, stir in pasta, or drizzle on grilled meat.
Store in the fridge in a glass mason jar for up to 4-6 days.
