This delicious Korean beef bowl is quick to make in less than 30 minutes with rice and caramelized ground beef seasoned with ginger, garlic, and soy.

Ingredients

  • 1 poundlean ground beef
  • 5 clovesgarlic, crushed
  • 1 tablespoonfreshly grated ginger
  • 2 teaspoonstoasted sesame oil
  • ½ cupreduced-sodium soy sauce

  • ¼ teaspooncrushed red pepper
  • 6green onions, chopped, divided
  • 4 cupshot cooked brown rice
  • 1 tablespoontoasted sesame seeds

    Gather all ingredients.

    Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring and crumbling into small pieces until browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
