  • ½ cupunsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
  • ¼ cupvegetable oil
  • ¾ cupgranulated sugar
  • 2 largeeggs, at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoonpure vanilla extract
  • 11/2 cups (360g) mashed ripe bananas (about 3-4 medium bananas)
  • 1 cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and line with parchment paper, leaving overhang on sides.
