Grilled Ravioli Dinner

A super quick 5 ingredients dinner that has so much flavor

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Smoked Sausage (cut into ½-inch coins)
  • 2 20oz Fresh Cheese Ravioli (NOT dried or frozen)
  • 8 oz Baby Bella Mushrooms (sliced)
  • 16 oz Fresh Spinach
  • 16 oz Italian Dressing

Directions

    Preheat Flattop/griddle to medium-high.

    In a bowl, combine smoked sausage, mushrooms and half of dressing. Toss to coat. Add to griddle and cook for 5 minutes - moving around to prevent burning.

    Add ravioli to bowl, and toss with remaining dressing. Add to sausage and mushrooms and continue to move around and cook for 10 minutes more.

    Add spinach and fold it into mixture, let cook a few minutes, then remove from griddle.
