Prep your overnight steel cut oats the night before for a quick and delicious dessert-like breakfast in the morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick cooking steel cut oats
  • 2 cups plain, unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Directions

    Place all ingredients into a large Pyrex or meal prep container. Mix well and cover.
