Ingredients

  • 2 ouncesdark rum
  • ¾ ouncelime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ ouncesimple syrup
  • ¾ ouncecampari
  • 2 ouncespineapple juice
  • pineapple wedge, for garnish
  • mint bouquet, for garnish

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the garnish into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, 20–30 seconds, until well chilled.
