These chili cheese saltines get their sensational spicy, smoky cheese flavor by tossing mini saltines with oil and a great variety of seasonings, then baking until crisp.

Ingredients

  • 1 cupoil
  • 2 tablespoonschili powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoonscheese powder seasoning
  • 2 teaspoonssmoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoonsranch seasoning
  • 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoononion powder
  • ½ teaspooncayenne
  • 16 ouncesmini saltines

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (q120 degrees C).

    Add oil, chili powder, cheese powder, paprika, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne to a small bowl and whisk until combined.

    Add crackers and oil mixture to a large bowl or 1-gallon resealable plastic bag. Toss or shake until crackers are evenly coated.

    Spread out evenly in a large baking dish or on a baking  sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven at for 20 minutes. Stir halfway through at 10 minutes.
