Ingredients

  • 4 thick-cut bacon slices, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (7 1/2-oz.) pkg. chive-and-onion cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 8 oz. extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions

    Cook bacon: Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium. Add bacon; cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and crisp, about 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.

    Combine cream cheese and mayonnaise: Stir together mayonnaise and cream cheese in a medium bowl until fully combined.

    Add remaining ingredients: Fold in bacon, Cheddar, almonds, and scallions. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate up to 3 days.
