
It’s summertime, you know what that means, grilling and hanging out with the family! These delicious and super easy-to-make beef kofta kebabs are my family’s favorite and are the perfect summertime meal, with just a few ingredients like Australian grass-fed beef. The key to making a juicy and delicious kofta kebab is using high-quality meat and Australian grass-fed beef is that Australia is the sustainable source for grass-fed beef. It makes me feel great to know my family is enjoying high-quality meat that is healthy and good for them and the environment.
Preheat grill to high heat.
In a food processor add the onion, garlic, and parsley. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
In a medium bowl combine ground beef meat, chopped vegetables, and spices.
Tightly packing the meat together, roll into roughly 2 tablespoon size meatballs. Place 2-3 meatballs, spacing evenly on the prepared skewers.
Grill kebabs for about 4 minutes on each side.
Serve beef kebabs on pita bread along with desired toppings and sides.
