This Pumpkin Angel Food Cake is so easy to make, your family will love it! 

Ingredients

  • 116 ounce box of angel food cake mix
  • 115 ounce can of libby’s 100% pure pumpkin
  • ½ cupchopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 teaspoonmy homemade pumpkin spice or pumpkin spice

Directions

    You are NOT making the cake mix according to the box, you are only using the mix in this recipe.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into sprayed bunt pan. Cook on 350 for 30 – 35 minutes, until knife comes out clean in center.

    I removed the cake from the pan after letting it sit about 10 minutes.
