Ingredients

  • 1 (28-oz.) can Bush’s Sweet Heat Baked Beans
  • 1 (15.25-oz.) can corn, drained 
  • 2 small red, green, or combo bell peppers, seeded, stemmed, and diced
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 c. packed finely chopped fresh basil leaves, plus more for garnish
  • 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine baked beans, corn, bell peppers, onion, basil, vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and a few grinds black pepper.

    Season to taste with more salt, if desired.

    Serve with more basil for garnish.
