
Blueberry Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bake Recipe
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch square baking dish.

Blend the wet ingredients: In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
Combine: Pour the blended wet mixture into the large bowl containing the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the blueberries to distribute them evenly.
Pour into the baking dish: Transfer your mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
