Oreo Poke Cake is a rich and delicious cake that is incredibly simple to make. It's packed with your favorite cookie flavors in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 packages Instant Oreo Pudding Mix (3.9oz Box)
  • 8 ounces Whipped Topping
  • 12 Oreos (Crushed)
  • 4 ounces Chocolate Syrup (Optional, for garnish)

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9x13 baking pan with a light coating of cooking spray. Set aside.

    In a large bowl, combine cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until thoroughly combined.

    Pour batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Allow the cake to cool, then using the handle of a wooden spoon poke holes over each inch of the cake. Set aside.

    In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until smooth.
