Ingredients

  • banana

    frozen

    ½ medium
  • dairy or non-dairy milk of choice
    ½ c
  • canned pumpkin puree

    not pumpkin pie filling

    ¼ c
  • vanilla or plain greek yogurt
    ¼ c
  • scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

    ~ 30 g

  • almond butter or another nut butter
    1 tbsp
  • pumpkin pie spice

    plus more for garnish

    ½ tsp
  • ice
    ½ c
  • optional for serving: pumpkin seeds

Directions
