These Greek fries are perfectly seasoned with lemon and olive oil, baked until crispy, and topped with feta and mint for a delicious Greek potato side.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoongreek seasoning
  • 1 teaspoongrated lemon zest
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 largepotatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 2 ouncesfeta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoonschopped fresh mint

    Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
