4 hour crockpot creamed corn made with frozen corn and cream cheese. This makes a thick sweet creamed corn that is the ultimate comfort food side dish! You can cook it on HIGH to make it even faster.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce bags frozen corn
  • 8 ouncepackage cream cheese
  • ½ cupbutter (melted)
  • ½ cupmilk
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • ½ teaspoonpepper

Directions

  1. 1

Add of the ingredients into the slow cooker, stirring to fully combine and coat the corn kernels.

  2. 2

Cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

  3. 3

My tip: To make it extra creamy, after it’s done cooking remove ¼ of ingredients and blend it in a blender or use immersion blender directly in crockpot. Add it back into the crockpot and then stir. This will make a more thick and creamy version of creamed corn.
