  • 2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
  • 1 tablespoonsmoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1 tablespoononion powder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspooncayenne pepper (optional)
  • fresh rosemary for garnish
